The Team

Meet the Coaches

Clinically grounded. Seriously coached. Every person on this team was chosen because they see the whole picture.

Who we are

A physical therapist and a strength and conditioning coach. Years of watching people fall through the gap between the clinic and the gym. They built the place that fills it.

Every coach at Bridge was chosen because they see the whole picture - your history, your body, and where you actually want to go.

Clinical precision, not clinical distance

The science informs everything. The warmth is just who we are.

Every body is worth training

Post-surgical, perimenopausal, 68 years old, competitive athlete. Everyone trains here.

Small groups stay small on purpose

Bigger classes would mean more revenue and worse coaching. We chose worse revenue.

Community isn't a feature

It's the point. The friends you make here are part of why you stay.
