Programs
"I have never been a gym class person until now. I've also never been a morning person until now."
Nicole Leong, Bridge Performance member
Foundations is our introductory program — a step-by-step approach designed to remove the hesitation that keeps most people from starting. You'll learn how to build strength and endurance using barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements, with coaches who prescribe individualized modifications from day one.
Every session is education-driven. Coaches are watching your form, correcting what needs correcting, and helping you build movement patterns that will carry over to every program at Bridge. The group format creates community accountability, and that structure keeps you consistent when motivation isn't enough.
Foundations is the entry point for all new Bridge members. After completing the program, you'll move into Performance small group classes.
What makes it different
Every class in Foundations was designed by a physical therapist and a strength coach. The progression is deliberate: safety and skill before load.
A coach walks you through exercise technique first. Modifications are individualized based on your unique starting point.
The group format isn't just structure. It's the reason people stay consistent. You'll know your coaches and they'll know you.

Common questions
Do I need fitness experience to start?
No. Foundations is designed for anyone who wants to move better. The whole point is to build your base from scratch — safely, with coaches who correct your form from day one.
How long does Foundations take?
4 weeks. Most members complete Foundations and move into Performance group classes.
Can I skip Foundations?
Actually, no. Foundations is more than just showing you the basics. This is where we teach you the culture of Bridge, including the flow of our classes, the structure of our programming, and build your confidence to move into our group classes.
What if I have an injury or health history?
That's exactly what the Movement Assessment is for. Bring your history — surgeries, diagnoses, limitations. Coaches modify every session. You'll never be asked to do something your body isn't ready for.
Everyone at Bridge begins with a free 45-minute Movement Assessment. We'll talk through your history, your goals, and make sure Foundations is the right fit.
No commitment. No pressure. Just a real conversation.
