Programs
"They care about me and my progress and it clearly shows. They're very intentional in their programming, from stretching to technique."
Jessica Wiley, Bridge Performance member
Performance is our core small-group class — a strength and conditioning program designed for people who want to train seriously, with coaches who actually pay attention. Classes run six days a week and are open to members who have completed Foundations or who have equivalent strength training experience.
Programming prioritizes safety, skill, and strength, in that order. You'll work with barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, and a range of equipment, with coaches who monitor your form and know your history. The goal is sustainable progress, not just effort.
The Performance Membership is month-to-month with no contract. $330/month includes access to all Performance classes six days a week.
What makes it different
The programming sequence is intentional. Movement quality comes before load. Skill comes before complexity. It's the reason Bridge members rarely get hurt.
Small caps mean coaches can see everyone in the room. They know your history, your weak spots, and your goals, and they adjust the program accordingly.
Bridge members know each other's names and PRs. It's one of the reasons people stay consistent.

Common questions
Do I need to complete Foundations first?
Most new members start with Foundations. This program is designed to introduce you to the movements you'll see in class and give you a dose of our culture. You'll leave with a better understanding on how we do things and why we do them the way we do.
What does a typical class look like?
Each session includes a warmup, skill or strength work, conditioning or accessory work, and a cooldown. Programming rotates through barbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight movements. Coaches run the class and modify for individual needs throughout.
How many people are in a class?
Classes are capped intentionally small so coaches can actually see everyone in the room. You're not anonymous here. Coaches know your name, your goals, and your history.
How do I cancel my membership?
The Performance Membership is month-to-month with a 30-day written cancellation notice. No penalty, no runaround. Just let us know.
