OUR PROGRAMS

We are a strength forward gym that blends physical therapy with strength and conditioning to keep your training sustainable and your progress consistent. We use a variety of implements ranging from barbells to body weight to address individual skill levels, from those who have never lifted weights to those who are looking for a fresh perspective on training.

FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM

Our introductory program is a step by step approach designed to buffer initial hesitation to starting a fitness program.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Learn how to build strength and endurance through barbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight training. Our experienced coaches will prescribe individualized modifications to address technique faults and ensure a safe yet challenging session. Our group classes are education driven and provide community based accountability to help you stay consistent.

BRIDGE+ PROGRAM

Our senior strength program promotes functional strength, longevity and resilience.

Designed and coached by Physical Therapists, the exercises target bone and muscle strength and flexibility that decrease as we age. Individual needs are met across a broad spectrum of physical ability through individual scales and modifications.  We focus on improving motor control, balance, cardiovascular health and overall strength and flexibility. We provide a fitness base for seniors in Pasadena.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Our small group class is a spin off of traditional strength and conditioning, making community part of your fitness routine.

Our experienced coaches focus on education and monitor your form to decrease risk of injury, enhance your workout experience and promote your personal goals. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer one on one training for those with specific goals and needs outside the group class setting.

We prioritize the trust and relationship between a coach and athlete, taking the time to really know and understand you. Whether you’re interested in physical therapy, weightlifting, nutrition coaching, or technique and skill training, we’ll show you where to start and what the process looks like. We set up a specific plan with actionable, attainable steps that will get you to where you want to be.

Our limited run specialty classes hone in on advanced skills and mobility, with professional coaching.
