MATTHEW LEBOWITZ

Matthew graduated from University of Southern California. An athlete his whole life, Matthew has been in the weight room since childhood. But sports come at a cost and injuries hampered his ability to compete. As a result, he has been down many rabbit holes of physical therapy and training to fix his ailments. He discovered rehab to be a very educational process and learned the power of strength training in recovering from injury. He found methods of training that enabled himself and others to achieve levels of performance thought to be out of reach. Matthew has learned from and worked with great physical therapists and chiropractors throughout his career in fitness. Previously he served as a head trainer of a clinic where he helped individuals return to performance, post injury. Now, he’s beyond excited to be part of Bridge and provide his personal training and coaching services to athletes looking to grow beyond their perceived abilities. He looks to provide a comprehensive fitness and health experience, to relieve pain and restore function, in order to get people back to the things they love to do.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Bridge Performance is a strength forward gym offering a meaningful training approach to optimal life performance. We recognize the whole person as an individual, more than a symptom or an outcome. We bridge the gap between treatment and training through personal training, physical therapy, invested coaching, small group training, and nutrition coaching. We offer creative programming with sustainability and longevity in mind and provide a platform for our community and coaches to partner with you to provide accountability. We walk through the process with our members equipping them with tools to manage their fitness autonomously. We set clear expectations that reflect the value of our services and honor their value as an individual.

A WELCOMING GYM FOR EVERYONE

We are dedicated to creating a fitness environment that is safe, accessible, inclusive and respectful of everyone.
