Our unique approach to fitness blends physical therapy with strength and conditioning to keep your training sustainable and your progress consistent. Our programs are designed to address your individual goals, whether you’re brand new or a competitive athlete.

 

FOUNDATIONS

Our beginner program is a step by step approach designed to buffer any initial hesitation to starting a fitness program.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Our instruction emphasizes practice over perfection and arms you with the confidence to modify any workout to empower your success. You will learn the fundamentals of barbell strength training, gymnastics, and gain a better understanding of your current cardiovascular capacity. We focus on body awareness, breathing, and individualized scales and modifications for all skill levels to ensure the most successful class experience. Our experienced coaches will walk you through any potential technique faults to ensure the safest and most effective modification. The tone of each class introduces you to the accountability and community provided by group classes.

 
 

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Our 60 minute Performance class makes community part of your fitness routine.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
We utilize traditional strength training designed to progressively challenge you without overwhelming your current capacity. We incorporate a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular fitness to improve strength, endurance, and mobility. Our creative training plan prioritizes sustainability in order to support short term goals and promote lifelong health and wellness. We are confident that you will find an experienced coach to ensure your individual needs are identified and prioritized to enhance your workout experience and promote your personal goals. We specialize in technique and safety to emphasize injury prevention in a dynamic group setting.

 
 

PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer one on one training for those with specific goals and needs outside the group class setting.

We prioritize the trust and relationship between a coach and athlete, taking the time to really know and understand you. Whether you’re interested in physical therapy, weightlifting, nutrition coaching, or technique and skill training, we offer an individualized approach. Our one on one personal training provides accountability and guidance on where to start and what the process looks like. We set up a specific plan with actionable, attainable steps that will get you to where you want to be. We see you as a whole, not simply as someone who wants to lose weight, get out of pain, get stronger, or more flexible.

 

MEMBERSHIPS

We offer 2 standard memberships. Everyone starts with our 45 minute Readiness Assessment to ensure we find a membership that’s a good fit for your goals and individual needs.


Foundations Membership

$300

Our Foundations Membership is for novice athletes and prospective members. It includes access to our introductory small group classes 3 days/week for 2 weeks, followed by 3 days/week access to all group class times for 2 weeks. It is a one time $300 charge. Upon completion of 4 weeks you will have the opportunity to enroll in our Unlimited Membership.

 

Unlimited Membership

$275

The Unlimited Membership is for athletes with functional fitness experience and/or who have completed our Foundations Program. It includes access to all group class times 6 days/week. Priced at $275/mo and billed month to month, there is no contract. Members are required to provide a written 30 day advanced notice to cancel.
